If you have received the wrong product or you are missing any products please contact us at aduc.customerservice@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. please do not unravel , install , play with , wet , or color hair , etc. If missing products please send an email with your first and last name , tracking number , what you’re missing and pictures of what you received.
Please keep in mind ALL packages MUST BE SIGNED FOR! If you will not be home on the expected arrival date & time you can call the carrier and ask for your package to be held at the front desk!
